Morning through lunchtime is good for bright sea views. For a meal, plan around the regular food service from 12:00 to 17:30, and use the parasols or covered bar for a break from the afternoon sun.
Happy hour runs from 17:00 to 19:00; Saturday BBQ starts at 18:30. This east-facing coast is not a spot for watching the sun set directly into the ocean. Evenings are about cooler beach air and a slower pace.
